Juan Manuel Abellán, photographer
Born in Spain where he graduated in advertising, Juan Manuel completed his training as a photographer in Barcelona at the Institute of Design and Image (IDEP) where he worked for a year with Luca Pagliari.
After working in Advertising agencies such as Saatchi&Saatchi, McCann-Ericksson and Grey Worldwide in London, he moved to Paris where he worked in Magnum Agency and with multiple fashion studios.
Juan Manuel is passionate for dance. He has studied Graham technique with Maggie Boogaart for several years, and he is fascinated by the work of Pina Bausch and Maurice Béjart.
Juan Manuel specializes in dance and portrait photography, in addition to his personal work in fine art photography.
He currently lives and works in Paris as a freelance photographer.

Lauren Brim, coordinator & photography assistant
Lauren has been choreographing and dancing professionally since the age of 11. She studied dance as a child with the Orange County Dance Studio, and then attended the Orange County High School of the Arts, graduating with a major in Classical Contemporary Dance. After school she moved to New York City where she worked for PaperMill Playhouse, the Radio City Rockettes, and other small classical contemporary companies in the city. After five years in New York she moved to Los Angeles where she danced with Josie Walsh's company Myokyo Dance Company and Eddy Hawk's company The American Ballet of Los Angeles. She moved to Paris in February of 2013 and has been dancing regularly for film and theater. After dancing in two short films "Degas" and "The Dancer", she made her own dance film "DEUX" that comes out in 2014.

Stéphanie Ah-Fa, make-up artist & hair
Stéphanie was born in Reunion Island, and came to Paris to study when she was 18. She has her diploma from l'ecole de maquillage (ITM) in Paris, and following school she worked on photo shoots for magazines and modeling agencies. She has worked on many diverse projects for print, film and theater as well as for events, marriages, and one-on-one consultations. She recently worked on the dance/theater film DEUX, and understands the make-up and hair needs of dancers. She particularly loves ballet, opera, and Bollywood films.
She currently freelances in Paris.
